  How often, in this hi-tech environment, can one find a business on line, GO THERE!, and walk out with your equipment working like a dream (I'm using it now) in less than ten minutes. I was a little worried when the first tool he pulled out was a straightened out paper clip, but I'm definitely a satisfied customer and happy to support a local mm... pop business.

  I've been using this business for many years now (before Jonathan took over). Yes, the store is cluttered, and dusty. Often I've had to step over a computer to get in or out but the level of service/expertise is very high for the price. Unlike a chain store, the person you are dealing with is in charge and able to explain or adjust the transaction. I understand the small margin business and appreciate the service even if that means waiting a little longer, Robert.
