  Celia's is a typical 1970s kind of place. If you like Juan's Place in west Berkeley, you'll like Celia's. It's got all of the typical combination plates smothered in a sauce that obliterates any semblance uniqueness and none of the soul of anything approximating authentic Mexican food. If you like chiles rellenos, definitely do NOT order them here.

  We come here as a family..set of grandparents, a set of parents and a baby. They are always helpful with getting some avocado for the baby. The food is good, plentiful and reasonably price. I say...go.
