  This store epitomizes everything I don't like about bike culture. Every time I have gone here, the staff has found a way to treat my like junk. The first time, I special ordered something that was supposed to be there in a few days, and the owner forgot. On other occasions, I have sought to get my bike tuned up and was instead treated to a sanctimonious lecture about matters unrelated to the work. They have never simply done what they said they'd do.
