  I’m ashamed to be a part of Bank of America when I come here. I’ve been forced into scheduling a meeting to get a credit card that I don’t need, and I was just told that you need to have an account just to get a roll of quarters. I know that those policies aren’t necessarily this bank’s fault, but the way they enforce them along with the fact that they’re always understaffed makes this bank particularly bad.
