  Big box office supplies shop with hourly pay workers are going to do just enough to get by. Don't expect help coming your way when you need it most. Sometimes when they're seen doing nothing no customer in sight, but when you walk up to asked questions their break time all of a sudden started instantly. I come to buy reams of paper for my printer when its on sale and sometimes back to school supplies. When they've a line, the cashier don't care and won't bother calling for assistance. Not a bad location, its the service that sucks here.

  Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life. The “Department” head broke several promises to me and two times just simply clocked out instead of telling me there even was an issue. So you know, I could go somewhere else. At one point, he just left and I had to wait until Monday to find out what happened to our files.
  
  Went to Fedex with same JPEGs and had zero issue. Once again, Staples print department is actually online, people in the store can only log on for you. Had they explained this to me from the get go I could’ve convinced my employer sooner but instead we lost four days that could’ve been spent sending out flyers for an event only a few weeks away. Sigh, at least you know now.
