  I took TOEFL test in this center.
  The building is very old, and the parking has 2 hours limit. This is very in convenient unless you have someone with you to keep moving the car. I found out later that they have a small private parking, but the lady on the phone did not mention it.
  The staff was nice, although the whole atmosphere in the center is completely unprofessional.
  The chairs that are used with the computers are very bad, and you will have a backache after the exam.
  The computer table is very small, and you barely have a place to put your hands on it. Combined with the bad chair, you looking at a very hard time in the writing section of exam.
  You’ll be sitting in small room, and it is packed.
  They use some cardboard and duct tape to separate the computers from each other... pathetic!
  The place is very noisy, and at one point some on in the corridor used a vacuum cleaner!
  I also smelled a barbeque and I guess what appears to be someone smoking, but I'm not 100% sure about the last point.
  Toilets are clean, but look like they were made in 1950, not sure if this is because Berkeley is an old city... but I guess I should write that none the less...Ah, and they don't have those papers that you put on top of the toilet seat, which was kinda gross
  
  My overall experience was very bad, and I would NOT recommend taking the TOEFL exam (or any exam) in this center
