  Robert Cheasty represented me after a very bad car accident back in 2008. My car was totaled and the other party was hospitalized due to broken ribs. I was so scared because I had the minimum coverage that I haven't made any change for 10 years, but he helped me settled that case within a year. The insurance covered all costs without me paying anything.
  
  Cheasty's assistant lawyer was very helpful too when I did real estate in 2012. She went beyond what she needed to do and pointed out how I could pay more taxes if I did the way I wanted to do. They really care about their clients.
  
  Cheasty's law firm also did an excellent job for my friend's former boss. She had a lawsuit that several lawyers refused to take, but Cheasty took it and did extensive research on both his professional area and medical field. He also found a good doctor to review the medical record and prove that the death was not related to her. That have brought back her peace.

  I was the former president of the Acupuncture & Integrative Medicine College, Berkeley. Robert Cheasty served as General Counsel for the College for four years. The college was on the verge of closure and I do not think it would have survived without his assistance and guidance. He was not only the attorney for the college but a strategist, advocate, and wise counsel. He helped us with Board issues, defended us from 2 lawsuits, negotiated with regulatory bodies, intervened in a action brought to the school by the USDE, helped with our site visit and re-accreditation, and oh yeah, general lawyering! He is professional, competent, friendly, and level-headed. I give him 5 stars and I enthusiastically recommend his firm.
