  I rarely give five star reviews but tonight I was blown away by the succulent dishes and welcoming atmosphere at The Cage. I came with a group of 10 for a mellow Sunday dinner. Chef Maurizio perfected a locally-sourced organic pasta dish that will go down in history. Who knew that vegetarian pasta could be so good? Chef Luca was off kitchen duty but provided a laid back vibe in the dining room. The dining room is inviting, reminiscent of a quaint Berkeley home. The Cage is one of those rare finds that lives up to the hype. I will be back!
